Projects Undertaken

The project was a live project, a survey was done to check the satisfaction

level of dealers and increase sales growth as well as finding of new

dealers where we had to go to the Dealers along with a questionnaire and

have a detailed discussion over the Product (Quality, Improvements & any

Flaws) as well as the quality of SCM(Supply Chain Management). I had a

direct interaction with the company as well as the Distibutor as well as

the Dealers.

We had been assigned the Project for 2 months and we had undergo as

research over a particular Region i.e.; Jamshedpur, TATA. My mentor for the

Project mentioned was Mr. Birendra Kumar, a Senior sales manager on long

products of TATA Tiscon; A product of TATA Steel.
