Worked at the new deep-water jetty of JSC “Rosneft Oil Company” refinery during the assembling and
installation of marine loading arms produced by Emco Wheaton Ltd. Translated conversations between
the local Russian erectors and the Emco Wheaton service technicians, who supervised their work.
Made translations of contracts between JSC “Rosneft Oil Company” and Emco Wheaton Ltd., related
to the supply of necessary spare parts and materials for the marine loading arms.
Interpreter/translator, Tuapse Branch of Grup Servicii Petroliere S.A., Tuapse, Russia
March 2010 – July 2011
Worked as an interpreter and translator at the construction of Dzhubga-Lazarevskoe-Sochi gas pipeline
– a large-scale project in which contractor companies from several European countries were engaged,
the general contractor being Grup Servicii Petroliere S.A. Translated conversations between local
Russian technical specialists and foreign English-speaking employees at office meetings. Made
translations of invoices, bills of lading and contracts between the companies, related to the delivery of
all required equipment, materials and manpower to the site. Facilitated organizational effectiveness by
performing such administrative duties as photocopying, typing up documents and their translations,
faxing, filing, taking phone calls, mailing out invoices. Assisted the office equipment maintenance by
ordering office supplies, organizing and tracking purchase orders.
