General management of the HR function world-wide, including the hiring,

training and development of qualified HR staff, in support of a multi-

national workforce. Worked closely with COO and senior management team to

determine the overall strategic approach for HR in achieving business

objectives. This includes the development of appropriate initiatives,

policies, programs and systems to deliver HR strategy for growing Oil and

company in Saudi Arabia. Hired in a senior consultancy role to provide

leadership and value-added HR strategies in the areas of strategic HR

management, organization design, workforce planning and employment,

international assignment management, human resources development, total

rewards programs, employee relations, learning & development and AGOC

scholarship programs. Leading a multi-national HR staff of 10, to include

performance management and career/performance counseling.

2003- - 2007

Senior Human Resources Manager - Raytheon Middle East Systems, Jeddah, KSA

Business and strategic liaison for Senior Management in Saudi Arabia and

USA. Hired to manage the entire HR function and an HR staff of 10,

reporting directly to Program GM. Duties include providing support to a

multi-national workforce including: (local/international) recruitment and

staffing, compensation/benefits, rewards & recognition programs, employee

counseling and customer relations, orqanizational design, policy

development, and HR operations including government relations, Saudization

initiatives, housing, travel, medical care, medical evacuations, crisis

management, security operations, health facilities and community

activities. Senior advisor on all legal/employee relations issues.

Responsible for providing direct HR consultation/support to US and UK

expatriates on international employment contracts, tax and benefit issues,

mobilization/demobilization, local Saudi work visa requirements, and
