Senior Human Resources Manager - Raytheon Middle East Systems, Jeddah, KSA
Business and strategic liaison for Senior Management in Saudi Arabia and
USA. Hired to manage the entire HR function and an HR staff of 10,
reporting directly to Program GM. Duties include providing support to a
multi-national workforce including: (local/international) recruitment and
staffing, compensation/benefits, rewards & recognition programs, employee
counseling and customer relations, orqanizational design, policy
development, and HR operations including government relations, Saudization
initiatives, housing, travel, medical care, medical evacuations, crisis
