- The newly created model helped the management in making strategic decisions regarding “Make to Stock/Make to Order” of the products and in allocating the capacity of resource across time periods

- Developed a project charter for the implementation of SCM software for a retail company using MS Project
- Proposed detailed guidelines to implement procurement, inventory management, sales and distribution and point of sale modules for creating a better database and process using concepts of PMBOK
Independent SAP Functionality Study: Safety Stock and Safety Time
- Prepared a report describing the SCM concepts of safety stock and safety time
- Designed multiple test cases in SAP ECC to verify these functionalities
