Project Description:

<ViP stands for Vision Plus Instead Prime, European leading bank

Barclay's has strategically performing the application consolidation for

Western European region which involves platform migration to support

Credit Card business. The objective of this project is to move on NEW

VisionPLUS platform for core card data processing with its strategically

selected interfacing application like Debt Manager(Collection) and

Transact Strategy Manager (Origination) for the Spain, Italy and Portugal

The objective the project to perform the quality assurance with

highest degree of re-usability of automation Scripts / Tools and Utilities

build for an implementation. The Business Process Frame work is

implemented to maximize the re-usability percentage of the automation and

bring down the cost.

The assigned responsibility for the Project is to build re-usable

components and achieve the higher percentage of Automation thru BPT

(Business Process Test) frame work for the functionalities in Vision PLUS,

Debt Manager and Transact SM and Innovatively design the Tools and Utility

to reduce the manual intervention of Reporting, Data Management and

overcome Licensing Issue.
