safety policies and procedures for Foster Wheeler USA. Administering
and ensuring compliance by all Sub-Contractors, under Foster Wheeler
Management. Work forces ranging from 250 to 1300 employees.
> Completing Contractor 'Pre-Qualifications".
> Developing and conducting site specific and specialty training for all
employees.
> Maintaining safety reports and statistics for Foster Wheeler and Sub-
