First Human Resources (HR) Branch School Technical and Functional Interpreter/Translator
for the first Afghan National Army (ANA) HR Branch School.
Translated the agenda for the U.S. Department of Defense, 2011 Defense Institution Reform
Initiative Team Visit showed HR Branch School Curriculum Development is linked to the
Afghan Master Ministerial Development Plan in support of the professional development and
Institutional capacity building of the ANA HR Career Fields.
Responsible for the Dari translation of the first five major strategically aligned courses within
the first Human Resources Branch School for the Afghan National Army (ANA) Training
Command (ANATC): 9 week Human Resources (HR) Captain Career and Platoon Sergeant
Courses, 7 week Re-Contracting Course, 7 week Recruiting Course and 1 week Personnel
Asset Inventory Training Course to support the personnel accountability of the ANA and data
collection to support the fielding of the Afghan Human Resources Information Management
System (ARHIMS).
Played a vital role in meetings as the Interpreter and translator the a Basic Recruiting Course in
support of professionalizing Recruiters within the Afghan National Recruiting Command to
improve accession rates within the ANA’s Recruiting Program.
Translated the HR curricula format selected by the ANATC Branch School Directorate as the
standard format for future standardization of training curriculum.
Was the lead Translator in several ANA Lead Working Groups to assess and review HR course
requirements and curriculum development issues.

that identifies, and validates MOD HR Career Field training requirements to increase functional

1010-221-10) that provides instruction on M203/M203A1 Grenade Launcher Operators to
support the squad level soldier’s tactics, in support of MPRI requirement and CSTG-A mission.
Over a period of nine months translated Afghan National Army Doctrine Manual (ANA 3-19.11)
Military Police Special Reaction Teams, to provide a guide for commanders, staffs, and trainers,
in addition to meet the deliverable timeline in support of MPRI requirement in support of CSTG -
A mission.
Over a period of four months, translated the Afghan National Army Doctrine Manual (ANA STP
10-61A-E4-5-SM-TG), that provide skill level E4/E5 soldiers holding military occupational
specialty 61A, in addition to meet the deliverable timeline in support of MPRI requirement in
support of CSTG-A mission.
Translated the Afghan National Army Doctrine Manual (ANA 10-65AE4-7-SM-TG) in a period of
four months, to provide guide (MOS 65A), Petroleum Supply Specialist Skills, in support of
Soldiers and trainers level, based on time line requirement, in support of MPRI requirement of
CSTG-A mission.
Over a period of two months, translated the Afghan National Army Doctrine Manual (ANA 6 -
22.1) Platoon Leaders Handbook which provides instruction on Intelligence and Enemy
Indicators, Operations, Fire Support, Movement, First Aid, Communications/ Reporting, in
support of platoon level tactics based on MPRI requirement to support the CSTG-A mission.
In a period of three months, translated the Afghan National Army Doctrine Manual (ANA STP
11-44A-42AE4-6-SM-TG) that provides technical of overview for Soldiers Manual for 44A
Wireman, 42A Messenger and 42A Radio Operator that contains standardized training
