I have a variety of job skills to offer an employer. My main job qualifications are in the areas
of Mortgage Loan Processing, Loan Origination and Post Closing. I have a four years of extensive
experience as a high volume Mortgage Loan Processor/Associate Post Closer and a year and a half
experience working with lender to modify borrowers current mortgage to get them back on track so
they can begin making payments and sometimes giving them a fresh start. This experience taught me
the importance of absolute attention to detail in all areas, especially paperwork. I was a Lead
Processor for a family own brokerage firm. Where I worked directly with Lenders, Loan Agents, Title
