Responsibilities include supervising fieldwork, management of service and
maintenance crews, training and mentoring workers, developing and executing
budgets, home design and floor plans, site construction, home set-up and
inspection, sales consulting, overseeing safety program, and meeting with
clients and government officials to understand all project requirements and
specifications. Worked as a foreman, project manager and director on
commercial and residential projects.
. Build 55+ manufactured/modular housing communities, typically
including a 3,000 to 6,000 square foot clubhouse. Completed more than
1,700 units working in multiple roles ranging from a heavy equipment
