Experience
Control Panel Wireman, Pentair Thermal Management
July 2011 – Present
• Comprehend schematics/blueprints for new enclosure to wire from scratch.
• Responsible for obtaining material needed to start new enclosure project such as getting
measurements and cutting wire that I would be using to wire enclosure. Some other
materials I was responsible was pulling out fuses, transformers, contactors, breakers,
relays and CPU that was necessary to wire according to schematics/blueprints.
• When routing wire on back pan or side pan I was responsible to route neatly and tag all
wires for future reference and because of course the enclosures where for customers.
• Some other duties were to retrofit/modify back panels that were being wired that
sometimes would not fit inside enclosures because of enclosure manufactures would
slightly be off with measurements of bolts and back pan or side pan would match bolts.
• Sometimes there were measurements off a bit coming in from assembly so I had to
modify back pan or Panduit was small for wire to be routed in I had to replace Panduit
with a larger one.
