Job Responsibilities

> Supervision of workover thru 135 ton hired Rig to provide

technical support to workover operations. Handled operations

like Packer Completion, Sand Control, Bridge Plug Milling,

Perforation, Fishing Operations, Well Killing/Activation, Zone

Transfer, Sand Cleaning Job, etc.

> Completion Design with Hydraulic/Mechanical Packer, SSD, Landing

Nipple and with Gas Lift Mandrels.

> Completion Design of Selfflow, Gas Lift and SRP wells.

> Experience to set Mechanical/Hydraulic Packer and Retrievable

Bridge Plug

> Plan & execute well servicing job thru 30 T in-house Rig related

to down-hole pump failure, Sand ingression inside pump, Sand

Cleaning Job, Well Completion with or without Packers, Swabbing,

WDM spotting/squeezing for wax removal etc.

Prosper and Wellflo software. GLVs charged on required TRO

pressure and well completed with dual hydraulic packers. Well

optimized for Gas Injection Rate and Casing Injection Pressure.

Gauge Cutter Running, Downhole Plug Setting with X Line Running

Tool, Fishing Operation by Slickline, Positioning Tool

> Integrated Asset Modeling of Heera Field (Offshore) ONGC India:

(Optimization of Heera field Operated by ONGC India. Field has

more than 150 Producers mainly on Gas Lift and 50 Water

Injectors. Detailed study showed substantial increment in oil

rate by redistributing the lift gas and redesign of gas lift

mandrel)

. Total about 157 Oil Well and 57 Water Injection Well models

were tuned.

. Addition of water injection network into Reo model.

. Network conversed by debottlenecking and debugging.

. History matching of integrated model and further

forecasting different scenarios.

. Evaluated Reservoir Pressure Values from Isobar Maps of

Heera Field to update the layer pressure into well models.

> Development of an Integrated Production Modeling & Forecasting

of Kakap Field, Offshore Natuna, Star Energy Indonesia:

Successful optimization of Kakap Field; operated by Star Energy

Indonesia. Work included reservoir simulation by Matbal and

Nodal Analysis by Reo/Wellflo (Surface Network Optimization

Software)

. Modeling and Tuning of 50 wells using wellflo.

. Surface Network Modeling in Reo.

. Material Balance (Black Oil Tank Model) of the 10 different

reservoirs with history matching and forecasting.

. Integrated Reo and Wellflo network was matched with the

history of the field and future studied to visualize the

effect of different scenario to enhance the total

production by redistribution of injection gas and with

reduced back pressure.

> Conducted five days Pansystem Course in Reliance Ahmadabad
