. Education to Sterile Processing Technicians, ensuring the staff was

. Developed the concept for Preadmission center to incorporate "one stop
shopping" for patients. Patients would be seen, testing results
reviewed, instructions for day of procedure and questions answered.
This would help decrease the number of cases cancelled the day of
procedure.
. Worked with architects as well as responsible for interior design,
patient flow, IT, all equipment, and instruments and staffing.
. Improved process of cleaning and terminal cleaning of all
Perioperative Departments.
. Decreased inventory costs and set PAR levels.
. Increased case volume 12.58% combined Outpatient and Inpatient.
. Increased Bariatric cases from 10%.
