and over the phone, assisting customers in setting payment arraignments for debt to making purchases in retail. POS
systems also balancing the drawer and counting change back to customers, handling cash/checks/credit card
transactions. Also upselling at time of purchases.
Management: Oversee shipments and employees, also monitoring store and the opening/closing of store along
with bank runs. Replenishing shelves, upselling and monthly inventory. Doing daily paperwork.
Call Center: Calls from a dialer system, knowledge of office equipment (copier, fax, and scanner.) Computer
programs (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and email.) Multi line phones. Filing paperwork along with excellent
phone etiquette.
Shipping/Packing: Using computer and hand scanner to read labels on chutes and packaging the correct
item/items into correct box and sending to the dock with no mistakes. Use of pallet jack. Wearing of safety
equipment.
