Jul 2011 Till date Designated as Project Engineer in India bulls Power Limited (270*10MW)( Nasik, Maharashtra) .
PACKAGE INVOLVED:
BOP (Balance of plant)
o Water system, Dm building, filter water storage tank and pump house, chemical house, clarified water storage
tank and all pump foundations.
o Handled structures like CW pump house, Forebay channels and Rapid gravity sand filters.
o Control rooms, pipe racks, sleepers, cable duct banks, Effluent treatment plant, chlorination system building,
Dosing tanks, fuel oil tanks, and other structures.
SNAPSHOT
o Schematic Layout of buildings, foundations as per coordinates and taking natural ground levels for excavation as
per profile.
o Preparation of bar bending schedules and performing calculations using governing codes and standards.
o Execution at site level, inspection, carry out checks as per norms laid and monitoring the progress of construction
till completion.
o Preparation of comprehensive and carefully considered programme for execution of the works, the periodic
revision of that programme as per demanding circumstances, project tracking sheets etc.
o Responsible for Safety, Quality and Other technical aspects of work at site.
o Preparation of procurement order for new works assigned with schedule of quantities of work with rates and
standard terms and conditions.
o Checking financial bills, running on account bills of contractors regularly during the progress of project at the
interval stipulated in the work order/contract agreement.
o Maintaining the record of complete list of materials issued to contractors for reconciliation purpose every quarter
end, regularizing the variation in quantities/extra items executed which are sanctioned by concerned authority.
o Handing over completed civil structures for mechanical and electrical works, maintaining protocols record, joint
measurement records .
o Skilled at organizing complex projects, defining project priorities, performing tasks with well organized resource
management, capable of performing projects in fast placed environment.
o Train and manage supervisors to work for timely completion of work.
o Controlling material/manpower, wastage in execution work by regularly checking consumption of material as well
as output of manpower.
o Coordinate work with other disciplines such as architecture, electrical, mechanical, operations and instrumentation
etc.
o Organize, draft, and coordinate technical documents.
