Tasks performed:
Change all the bases of 400 colors with the new
UniQ, reformulation of all colors. Querétaro was one
of the first to be approved to run these tests in the
world becoming authorized and optimal performance
for TetraPak Querétaro.
Realization of 3 projects focused on customer colors
supervised by people from Europe.
1) Standardization of colors starting from
visual approvals in press.
2) Reformulation of colors to create standards
in DataColor database.
3) Reformulation of every colors in existence
for pigment change in the bases (UniQ).
Management staff for the daily production of ink.
Management of continuos improvement,
accommodation, cleanliness and safe area in-house.
Use of equipment Flexiproof 100 as a tool to
standardizing the measurement of production and
colors with a D*E 1.5 permitted by the client.
Reduced in stock in in-house 15 tons in 2006 to a
stock of 6 tons from mid-year 2007.
Using ink metering equipment (InkMaker) as a
priority for recovery mathematical ink.
Development of new colors requested by the
customer.
