Worked with CAPGEMINI, Kolkata (November,2010-December,2012), as Associate
Consultant (HR/Admin Assistant).
Key Responsibilities:
. Knowledge of Recruitment. Data mining through job
portals(Naukri,Monster,Times,Capgemini Intranet, other portals as
well) and from emails/internal share point for our Capgemini clients
from Nordic countries and UK.
. Sourcing candidates according to the requirement by studying job
description and job qualifications for a particular position in the
company.
. Calling, shortlisting & scheduling candidates for interviews as
required.
. Maintain data related to interviews and joining in the given MIS
format.
. Call the selected candidates before joining date to ensure joining.
. Scheduling and following up with lined up candidates.
. Maintain database of the recruitment process in Excel.
. Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements; contacting
recruiters, using job portals and job sites.
. Extensive use of job portals : mass mailing, responding to the
alerts, job posting as per Company need.
. Coordinating with HR with the joining formalities, background
verification.
. Keeping database of employees who are being recruited, re-hired in
Capgemini, Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway. We receive templates
from onsite spocs and accordingly we need to update the employee
information in our EDB (Employee Data Base).Here I have scope of
direct interaction with my clients everyday.
Scheduling and coordinating Conference calls and Meetings for clients.
. Preparation & distribution of MoM
. Submitting scanned copy of client's expense bills in UK DTX and
approving expense on behalf of VPs.
. Have knowledge of Capgemini intranet applications like Expense
Application (approving expense), GPS (raising purchase order for UK
clients), and AIMS (Travel application for flights).
. Have knowledge of Invoice Procument (eRop) for countries like Hungary
and Romania. Here we receive electronic invoice from clients which we
need to approve as Procurement Manager from India.
. Knowledge of editing News letters/articles for monthly magazines
published for Capgemini, Sweden.
. Sending off boarding message info to employees who leave Capgemini
Finland.
. Creating report for Dipstick reporting on behalf of Capgemini Finland.
This report is prepared thrice a year through MS Excel. Dipstick
reporting is a quick employee poll to get the pulse of managers how
they feel in the organization.
. Creating CADM Utilization report every week, for employees which is
based on their time reports submitted in CTR (Central Time Reporting).
. This work includes lots of client interaction and handling various
issues single handedly.
As a CTR administrator, is responsible:
. To ensure that deadlines are kept, i.e. all employees enter their
time, all managers approve the time entries
. All time entries need to be available and approved until Hard-Deadline
for transfer of weekly CTR data into NOP at the latest, which is the
main responsibility for offshore team.
. Consolidate late reports and facilitate onsite SPOCs.

Title : Manpower Planning
Organisation : Mother Dairy, Kolkata.
Description : Visiting Mother Dairy's Kolkata office at Dankuni for
collecting the data regarding the project. My work was to find out the
present manpower and to compare it with the proposed manpower. It was also
a part of my work to find out the manpower planning policies followed by
the organisation and being a government organisation how they handle the
surplus and less manpower for future.
