9/12 to Present: RPM Oversight as a forensic underwriter with over
$3,000,000 in winning files.
5/12-9/12 Digital Risk Mortgage Services-forensic underwriter on Freddie
Mac private label team.
11/10 – 5/12 Land and Sea Services:
Refurbishment sales representative to the South Florida cruise industry.
Handled hard bid processing as well as scheduling of installations.
Increased sales 50%from previous sales representative’s performance.
3/09-9/10 Ocwen Loan Servicing:
Bilingual mortgage mitigation specialist. Handled mortgage modifications,
short sales, deed in lieu of foreclosure. Counseled clients on alternatives to
foreclosure and possibilities for remaining in their homes. Left under family
leave act and position was not held open for me upon return.
9/2001-2/09 Transcontinental Lending Group:
Owned and operated net branch office under agreement with TLG.
Supervised 28 employees consisting of 20 loan officers, 2 openers, 4
processors and 2 underwriters. We were one of their highest producing
offices typically originating 58 loans with a dollar volume of $25,000,000 a
month. Office closed with the collapse of the real estate and mortgage
business.
8/2000-8/2001 Delaware Savings Bank:
Branch manager Deerfield Beach retail mortgage office. Managed 10 loan
officers and 2 processors. Office generated $85,000,000 in loans during my
year with DSB. Left to open own branch with TLG.
6/1998-8/2000 Toll Brothers: Executive Vice-president for Toll Brothers
Florida.
Led regional mortgage operation for 2 years as part of sale of my home
building business to Toll Brothers. I had oversight of 30 loan officers.5
processors and 3 underwriters. Left at the end of 2 year contractual
non-compete clause for position with DSB.
6/1982-6/1998 Perez Realty:
Owned and operated family custom home building business. Built over 500
Homes over 15 year period. Opened and operated affiliated mortgage and
real estate companies with affiliations to ERA real estate and Norwest
mortgage. Sold business in June of 1998 to Toll Brothers and relocated to
South Florida from the Hudson Valley in New York State.
