I have worked in the H.V.A.C. field for over 25 years. I have serviced and
installed equipment from 5 Tons to 300 Ton. Recep., Aborp., Cent. Gas and
Oil Fired.
Wiring and Controls from 24to 460 3/ph is my area of work.
I am also a pipe fitter, black. copper, victollic, etc.

When I worked for PGA Mech. I was Project Manager/Foreman at all joe sites,doing all that
those titles refer to’
I worked for Central Absorption as Operations Manager. My duties were to
take in calls and dispatch the proper man and in order of demand. [some cust.
before others] Working times, job, person, etc., I would inter this into the comp-
uter for payroll. I “shopped “ for all parts, equipment and mat., for best price
and when and where they could be picked up.
I would also go to job meetings, get the prints and do complete “Proposals”.
If needed I would go into the field to fix control/ electrical problems others
could not. I ran the shop.
My biggest field job was “Temple Emanual”, Fifth Ave. At 65st. Manhattan.
I was working foreman on this two million dollar renovation, I had to make
daily work orders for my man, see that it got done correctly and on time. Give
help were ever needed.
Part of this job was to meet with the GC and other trades, to see that we were all at
the place we wanted to be. I always did my best to make everyone happy, I felt do-
ing this would make the job run better, thus people would not mind coming to work.
Ordering equipment, materials for the job,which means best price,quality and time of
arrival.
