• Organized a 24/7 team of producers, designers and installers to create, manufacture and install directional signage and graphic elements at the Sun Life Stadium. Delivered, with a tight schedule, all promised elements for the Superbowl Tailgate Party that had over 1,000,000 visitors.

• At TLO, implemented a methodical production system, scheduled regular meetings between different departments, evaluated and purchased new equipment and created a color control environment to maintain high quality standards. Reduced the creation process from 6 months to 45 days.
• For DeSignco, analyzed and implemented a standard workflow procedure, from order processing to delivery using customized software. Reduced work error by 40%, reduced delivery time and delays by 90%.

• As Display Emporium consultant, generated client appraisal by improving branding and sales, offering a wide-array of non-conventional customized solutions.
