I started as an overnight stacker: I stacked all the merchandise in the whole store and go to the next level.

Department Manager of clothing; men, boys, girls, women, infants, toy department, and domestic department. I was making sure I did the mark downs and change to the correct price.

Safety Team Leader: Conduct and participated in daily meeting with the associates and then you go to every hazard mat material and see everything is there when an accident happens we have what we need and to also check the fire extinguisher and to make sure the are up to date. Provide support and guidance to associate when investigation or question about any issue of any hazard material.

Zone Manager: my duties were the supervising employees of unloading and loading the delivery truck daily, keep the whole store organized, clean and free from any hazard material, monitor employees safeties and I adhered to stored procedures, review monitor and analyze daily reports such as wages, recalls, returns, and account inquires, enforce company policies, procedure and guidelines while maintaining morale and confidence of associates, responsible for completing associates performance reviews, coaching for development and attendance reviews, driving and teaching all the equipment like electric pallet jack, scissor lift, sit-down forklift, stand-up forklift, walkie stacker, and WAVE.

Support manager: Manage day to day operational stuff activities for 20-23 associates in areas such as scheduling, customer service, staffing and training and development, to ensure achievement of department goals, scorecards and company expectations, responsible for reviewing profit loss reports and taking action for correct and modify budget and expenses, conducted and participated in daily meetings with associates to cover sales, inventory, expectations and safety. I maked sure the store was full and stocked with products we needed, and displayed. Answer all the questions if the customer need and show them what item they were looking for, follow up the employees assignment and daily task, working side by side with the other managers and go over the agenda for the day, pull out weekly ads and anything else that need to be displayed. I certified and trained for chemical spills and hazard materials.
