Work closely with clients to resolve difficult and unusual problems. Perform tests and preventative maintenance of electro-mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic devices, and automated cells. Work with PLC's and other interface devices to the machine and robot in order to eliminate problems and increase output.

• Proficient use of personal computers and programs. Troubleshoot ladder logic programming. Provide written documentation to clients and employer for equipment and automation cells. Discover and define machine software issues. Modify machine/robot programming as needed and/or requested by clients. Accurate accounting and documentation of travel/work expenses. Maintain a service vehicle. Maintain regional field office. Comprehensive knowledge of office equipment and procedures.

• Train and evaluate clients’ personnel. Work closely with client’s management and engineering staff in machine orientation. Manage external contractors. Delegate work assignments and coordinate with production requirements and engineering staff. Maintain regional field office.
