This is a system integration project between P&G(HK/TW) and Gillette. SAP-SD/AR

Team is responsible for applying P&G standard global system/business solution to support

on-going Gillette business, covering the functions of Order/Delivery/Transportation/Inventory/Inbound-

Outbound/Billing/Account-Receivable.

I take care of standardizing and updating system solution for Delivery, Shipment, Freight

Billing and Import/Export business. Freight Billing is the most complex portion, due to

t ransportation supplier frequency changes with fully different freight calculation basis,

w hich need to be considered into PG freight pricing procedure. Further more, Gillette

p roducts has very different package, weight and dimension comparing PG products. All

of these request a very big challenge for the f lexibility of Gillette SAP freight billing system.

This is a P&G corporate restructuring and SAP upgrade project in Korea. I was responsible

for the implementation of SAP 4.5 Delivery, Transportation, Freight Billing, and

Import/Export system replacing existing AS400 system for 2 plants and 6 distribution

centers, built up internal and external system interface. The most difficulty was the

l anguage communication with Korean users and complexity of demanding from Korea

business. To fulfil this requirement, we enhanced SAP standard functionality and keep

l atest update and alignment with business users.

I M implementation project for 6 Manufacturing plants. The most constraint was we

have limited resource but handling many sites of users. To solve this issue, we developed

local sub-project teams, built up the skill of key user as sub-team leader for assistance.

The successful accomplishment of the project supported me to get the P&G Asia Pacific

Best Performance Recognition Shares Award.

A t the mean t ime, we are required to complete the restructure of corporate legal entity

for P&G AAI. This was one of the biggest and most successful SAP projects in Asia P&G.

previous SAP3.0 system, and built up the new interface between SAP4.5 and RTCIS

system.
