HRU Technical Resources: I just recently excepted a Fanuc Robotics America Contract under
HRU as a Development Software Engineer.

this task normally would take at least 90 days.

work on meeting a goal that seemed impossible for the other shift.

Hart Plastics: Working for Hart Plastics came with many challenges 1 of them being the equipment was poorly
maintained and needed many upgrades to (sensors, EOAT's, Tooling for the EOAT, Quality of the plant air was in
bad shape, equipment maintenance was done by several support companies, there was no stock for replacement
parts which all of these issues I had got several systems in place to better these processes.
Hart Plastics: another problem Hart Plastics had was due to lack of equipment efficiency bringing in new
customers had become a challenge but after making several changing in there Robotics programs the company’s
annual income increased by 4 million dollars this changed took a lot of team work and effort.
Cupery Construction: At Cupery construction I was made the lead right under the Foreman in 3 month this was a
great achievement.
