communicate with planners to ensure they meet drivers needs . I communicate

with drivers to ensure fuel mileage is managed properly, ie. idle time/fuel

routes are followed to get cheapest fuel available. And I assist with any

payroll issues driver might have after all trips are turned in.

handle all the Spanish speaking drivers due to my bi-lingual abilities. And

I make sure the drivers are running safely and legally within the hours of

service as dictated by the D.O.T. I assisted with orientation classes to

help new driver get a good understanding of Sunco's Operating

procedures/expectations.

I was the planner for the Denver,Wyoming area of the United States. I made

sure all the loads that were booked have trucks assigned to them so that

they get picked up ontime and get headed to our customers. I maintained a

pool of trailers at different shippers and make sure they are being

utilized in a profitable manner. I palnned about 75-85 loads a week out of

this region. I also assisted in booking loads and setting appointments for

the region I planned.

As Operations Manager I supervised the overall transportation operation,

including inbound, outbound, dispatching and any driver needs . I

monitored employee vacation requests, I filled in as needed when an

employee was out of office. I communicated throughout the day with the

transportation department at the Wal-Mart D.C. I took part in organizing a

dispatch system to better suit our drivers and assisted in assigning

designated routes for our drivers. I reported our Level Of Service daily to

Wal-Mart to ensure them of ontime deliveries to the Super Centers. I took

part in Quarterly meetings as well as yearly budget meetings.

specializes in Mexico trade business. I participated in trips to Mexico to

help set up relations with Mexican carriers.

Oklahoma, Texas, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana were safely picked up

and delivered. I also made sure all loads coming into and out of Mexico

plant. I booked loads and made sure they were covered for on-time

delivery. I also communicated and booked loads with Monfort International.

I made sure that the containers being loaded at the beef plant were

assigned properly to our drivers so that they could be delivered to

various ports for shipment overseas.
