Initial QA Deployment and Proof of Concept (ID SYSTEMS): Supported the

enterprise level Intrusion Detection system for Citigroup. This

project cost in excess of $100,000.

Joint Unified Intelligence Database Project: Supported the development

of the prototype unified database to which information from numerous

government agencies is input and secured. I worked with the CIA, DoE,

DoD, NSA, DIA, DRO, and many other smaller agencies to have a working

model agreed upon and to have the information from each agency input

into the system. This project was completed 18 months ahead of

schedule and well below the projected budget.

Pacific Assistant Manager (TIBS)

June 1994 - December 1995

TIBS Project: Supported the development and deployment of a near real

time intelligence dissemination system. Using proprietary systems and

classified communication methods the system linked to systems across

the world to disseminate tactical intelligence to the front line

commanders to assist in battlefield awareness. Served as the first

site manager and first Pacific Theater Assistant Manager for this

service.
