2006 - 2012 Cangene Plasma Resources - Administrative Support Manager
Responsible for the management of a team of 1 full time; 1 part time
receptionist and 1 full time purchasing agent. Managed staff training,
goal/objective setting and yearly performance reporting. Implemented a new
payroll reporting application working with other entities of the
Corporation as a key team member. Managed new hire paperwork to ensure
completion and accuracy prior to submission to HR. Partnered with HR to
administer and maintain employee benefits, changes and data accuracy.
Interfaced with Corporate accounts payable to accurately process all vendor
payments in a timely manner. Resolving all discrepancies and tracking
actual expenses for Director of Operations on monthly basis. Lead
organizer for all fundraiser events sponsored by the center staff. Liaison
with IT team on any technical issues at the centers. Actively participated
as key design team member during build out of the Florida plasma center
from a 7000 sq. ft. facility to 11000 sq. ft. facility. Managed the
purchasing and installation of office requirements such as carpet, paint,
work areas and office furnishings.
2005 - 2006, World of Homes - Licensed Community Association Manager
Areas of responsibility include the management of twelve (12) homeowners
associations. Scope of work included scheduling, attending and managing
meetings as required according to recorded documents, creating meeting
minutes and distribution, contracting repairs, creation and tracking of
budgets, handling customer issues to resolution. Supervisor of one (1) non-
management associate responsible for producing Estoppels associated with
the sale of a residence within a managed association.
1983 - 2005, AT&T
. 1998 - 2005 Technical Report Writer responsible for report generation,
including requirements gathering, developing and publishing custom
reports. Managed application access and development. Documented and
published system training manuals and facilitated training. Partnered
with developers on system testing and readiness. In the capacity of
Project Manager, coordinated project meetings from kick-off to post
project review. Tracked budget, schedule and scope of project utilizing
MS Project.
