so that issues could be proactively resolved. Used the DMAIIC process
to manage this Lean Six Sigma project.
Project Manager I, Technical Specialist (Electrical Integration Manager)
1999-2001
Managed and directed an 8-person Electrical Hardware/ Software Systems
Integration team for a low-volume multifunctional digital printer/copier.
All deliveries were managed from the CM to the identified cost and
performance targets that were set during the early phase of the program.
. Managed the design and on-time delivery of an electrical subsystem that
included PWBA's, power supplies and harnessing from a CM for a new low-
volume printer based on a set of critical specifications.
. Performed site reviews and audits at the CM to determine if they were
ready for production. All recommendations for production startup were
implemented.
. Negotiated cost targets with external suppliers and worked with Global
Procurement to drive additional post-launch cost-downs.
