Slogan Awareness, & Attribution.

Dealer Relationship Survey (DRS):

The DRS evaluates the satisfaction of Brand Dealers with the Services provided

by National Sales Companies across all aspects of the business. Improving and

enhancing the client franchise has been analyzed and generated insights.

International After-Sales Car Survey (IACS):

IACS evaluates customer satisfaction with the After Sales Service provided by

the Dealers/Workshops across various aspects.

Brand Score Card (BSC):

To analyze and track the major brand in each country by comparing brands against

relevant competitors. Also measures against other markets and see how

performance evolves over time.

Segmentation:

Explore media behavior (TV, newspapers/magazines, Internet, radio, Outdoor) and

how this differs by segment at a global level. Identify the specifics of each

segment and focus on the different things these segments do in their daily

lives, how they shop, what their relationships are regarding appearance,

seduction, positive consumption.
