I can responsible for the setting up and operation of the shop lathe machine, will change settings,

chuck jaws, and inserts. I can use CMM, micrometers, calipers and a height gauge for the

production process.

Proficient with Fanuc, Hitachi Seiki, HASS, Fadal Controllers.

Technical and mechanical aptitude, acquired through applied mechanics or in a machine shop.

Experience cutting hard metals such as Inconel, Stainless Steel, Titanium, Alloy.

Working knowledge of various inspection equipment [ e.g. Own tools and tool box(es).

Micrometers, calipers, edge finder.].

Ability to interpret blueprints [including Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD & T)].

Working with tolerances to: 0005 (Capable of holding close dimensional tolerance on difficult

material).
