restorative care, input and output measurements, draining catheter and colostomies,
hygiene, dressing, and grooming. I help AM shift get patients up for the day. I also float
units from Alzheimer to long term settings.
06/2006-11/2010-Desert Knolls Convalescent Hospital, Victorville, Ca
I worked AM shift from 7:00 am to 3:00pm. Many daily activities such as: grooming,
feeding, check food trays, bathing and showering, dressing, using lift machines, proper
body mechanics, taking vital signs, monitoring input and output, colostomy and catheter
care. I also assist patients who need to be escorted to their doctor appointment.

I worked AM/PM shift. Grooming, feeding, showering, bathing, lifting, colostomy and
catheter cares, assist with bedpans, urinals, and commodes monitor fluid intake and
