CAREER HISTORY & KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Colorado Market President, Kirkpatrick Bank; 2010-2012

• Created a vision and implemented a plan to focus upon achieving a community, core banking relationship

model for the market.

• Lending staff generated in excess of $100M in new loan commitments and 30 new core banking

relationships.

• Classified assets were reduced by greater than 50%.

• Market deposit base grew from $15M to $30M.

• Focused market on treasury management products and services, increasing fee income by $50K during

2012.

• Initiated a mortgage lending department, which served both Colorado and Oklahoma markets, to

compliment our niche in residential construction lending. Generated $16M in loans during its first 12 months

of operation.

• Member of senior management team for the bank, including positions on the following committees: loan,

ALCO, product development and marketing. Additionally, attended Board of Directors’ monthly meetings..

President, 2007-2010 & Executive Vice President, 2004-2007, Academy Bank.

• Created a commercial lending operation and development of five traditional branches and one loan

production office in three Colorado markets.

of $303M in loans outstanding.

• Bank was ranked among the top banks in Colorado for Return on Assets (ROA), averaging 3.03 for this

time period and a high of 4.56% in 2006.

• Served as a member of the board of directors, loan committee and ALCO committee.

• Responsible for budget of commercial lending and traditional branch operations.

Pikes Peak Market President; 2002-2004, Senior Vice President – Loan Manager, 1998-2002, Vectra Bank

• Loan portfolio grew from $60M to $100M.

• Responsible for three branches in the Pikes Peak area, including Woodland Park, with total assets of

$195MM and loan portfolio of $155M.

• Market was consistently among the top 3 most profitable markets in the Vectra Bank system.

Liberty Bank (Ft. Worth, TX);

• Loan portfolio grew from $12M to $31M.

• Bank converted from a national bank to a state-member bank and increased its safety and soundness

rating from average to the highest rating given.

• Responsible for the budget process and marketing of the bank.

• Converted the bank from a C-Corporation to a Subchapter S Corporation.

• Developed the bank’s first branch in a neighboring community.
