Present

Transition and Transformation Integration Architect

• International Japanese Shipping firm required Data Center relocation from West and East Coast DC to

IBM Facility in the Mid-West. Coordinated Pursuit, Engagement, Transition and Transformation phases

of contract. Led team of 53 Architects, (client and IBM) as well as multiple Subject Matter Experts on

the account. Design Points included, VLAN Stretching between Data Centers, Server, F5 and Firewall

consolidation. Responsible for build out of Target Datacenters, Customer migration to new facility and

development of Steady State Documentation prior to hand-over to Chief Engineer. TCV 63M

• US-Based International Oil Services firm required rollout of seven (7) data centers over an eighteen (18)

month period. Led International teams in four (4) geographic locations to deliver the following

technologies: LAN(Riverbed, F5, Cisco), WAN(OC48 and MPLS), SAN(DS8k, V7000, NetApp Filers),

Unix (AIX, HP-UX Itanium), Linux, Windows, VMWare, Solaris, HACMP, Protect Tier and GEO-

Mirroring. Led team of 48 Architects, (client and IBM) as well as multiple Subject Matter Experts on the

account. These technology designs were approved by myself, designed by sub-architects and delivered

using SME's managed by Project management staff. Responsible for build out of Target Datacenters,

Customer migration to new facility and development of Steady State Documentation prior to hand-over

to Chief Engineer.TCV 550M

Infrastructure Architect

• US-Based consumer goods organization required new Datacenter build in two (2) IBM's Facilities,

responsible for installation and design of SAN and LAN, WAN retained by the client. Developed

landing pad technologies for quick account startup and deployment. Working with IBM's external

vendors, I architected and documented the DC floor to include all Wiring for LAN and SAN including

all electrical lay out and HVAC planning. TCV 183M

• International US airplane manufacturing client required rapid expansion to increase earnings per share

committed to Street. Worked to design two redundant Datacenters, one in the US and one in England for

redundancy to the European installations. Completed Rack Design, Electrical and HVAC design for dual

installation of 525 Servers, 150 Network Devices, 25 SAN Devices and iterative Telecom support

devices for the network. Managed the installation of both sites personally and transitioned entire account

to Steady State Support. TCV 435M

Technical Team Lead

• Led Account technical team of 12 professionals in delivery of out-sourced contract from Sprint-Nextel.

Responsible for design and installation of Intel Based Edify IVR, Nuance Speech Recognition and

Nuance Text To Speech installation. Calling volume at one (1) Billion Calls per year with 89% in IVR

completion rates. Installation tied to Geotel Call Routing Platform, Aspect Switch Infrastructure with

Witness Advocate Monitoring tied into Switch. Additional responsibilities included the design and

installation of a Network IVR tied to Sprints National DMS 250 Long Distance Network. The design of

this IVR utilized Natural MicroSystem Cards (now Dialogic) and had a density of 384 ports per IVR,

with 10 IVR's in a cluster. Responsible for design, implementation and maintenance of platform solution

as a service to Sprint Nextel.

Sprint-Nextel Corporation - Florida, Kansas, Texas, California, and Georgia 2001 - 2004

Technical Team Lead

• Lead a team of 6 professionals in the maintenance of the 1st generation of Sprints IVR technology

group. Partnered with Sprint vendors in the installation and delivery of the HP gear and Aspect Card

installation for the bring up of the initial set of technology. Supervised team of vendors with remote

installations in twenty-three (23) Call Centers over an eighteen (18) month period. Developed policies

and procedures

Senior Telecommunications Technician

• Responsible for the Stand up of new Call Center in Tallahassee, Florida for 300 Advocates. Responsible

for all telecom responsibilities including DS3 Routing, Aspect Switch, Geotel Routing Hardware,

Witness Servers, Electrical and HVAC Vendors and remote responsibility for Maitland Florida Call

Center with same equipment. Rotational on-call responsibility with other Call Center Service Assurance

personnel in the US.
