I am writing to inquire about the per diem Psychiatric Nurse position you have posted on your company website. I recently graduated from MGH Institute of Health Professions with a Masters degree in Nursing. This summer I will be sitting for the ANCC Life-Span Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner exam.
I am looking for a per diem nursing job while I am in the process of certification as it can take up to 6 months to actually be credentialed even after being hired as an advanced practice nurse.
I have experience as a registered nurse working in psychiatric care at Mclean Hospital in Belmont, as well as home care at Northeast Clinical Services on the north shore.
In addition to my experience I believe that my desire and ability to learn and expand my knowledge in the field makes me a strong candidate for the position. I would love to learn more about the per diem experience at your facility. Thank you for your consideration.
Sincerely,
Sarah Loy
