2012, in Metro Contracting Est., Abu Dhabi, UAE.
(Metro Contracting Est. was awarded as best contractor of ETISALAT which is National
Telecom Operator of UAE).
Teaching to 3rd year diploma level students in BIT (Birgunj Institute of
Technology), in Birgunj (NEPAL) for 6 months( Dec 2008 – May 2009)

Duties and Responsibilities as a Project Engineer:
Receiving Projects and Contracts from our client ETISALAT.
Proper Coordination with ETISALAT regarding all the awarded projects.
Proper planning, everything right from receiving project from client till handing over it
to the client after successful completion of the awarded project.
Ensuring execution of all works at site in technically excellent manner, maintaining all
the standards and provided guidelines.
Proper documentation of all the works (Hard Copy & Soft Copy)
Arranging proper TEAM & RESOURCES to complete the awarded projects within the
Completion Date of LoI (Letter of Intent).
Assisting our General Manager in the Meetings with CONTRACT SECTION of
ETISALAT.
Analyzing different problems occurring during the work as well as solving them in best
possible way.
Performing regular analysis to maintain optimum COST/BENEFIT ratio.
Supervising Field Engineers/Supervisors regarding ongoing projects in the field of
FTTH GPON.
Ensuring best utilization of available Manpower to get maximum profitable man hours.
