Production Planning
- Overall planning, scheduling and management of projects, ensuring

Lean and Six Sigma Concepts.
- Monitoring projects with respect to Cost, Resource Deployment, Time over-
runs, Quality Compliance and Manpower planning to ensure timely execution
of projects
Process Selection & Development
- Accountable for meeting customer orders by designing, implementing and
monitoring effective procurement schedules along with finalising the
specifications of the materials and establishing the quality & quantity
limits for effective inventory control.
- Streamlining the system and procedures for effective inventory control
for ensuring ready availability of materials to meet the production
targets

o Independently handling development and regular procurements of all type
of Castings, steel components machining (VMC, VTL, Turning and others).
o Achieved re-sourcing of critical castings like Gear Box Housing casting
cum Machining both Metallurgical and Soundness of UNI Standards.
o Implementing 5s and Lean manufacturing concept for Production Department
and Coordinating the Quality Circle Team.
o Initiating the KAIZEN activities for continual improvements.
o Coordinating the Tool crib activities.

Deputy Manager Process Reengineering & Production Engineering Department.
