. NYC Board of Education designed and managed the implementation of an

sites.
. NYC Mayor's Office of Emergency Management, was named Project Manager on
team designated to relocate and rebuild OEM after 9/11. Architected
complete data infrastructure to enable integration multiple protocols and
Voice Over IP for disaster recovery. The role involved building a fifteen
person team from scratch, defining project deliverables, resource
allocation and technical leadership.
