. Work was done at the St. Elizabeth's West Campus in Washington

DC on the Dept. of Homeland Security/ US Coast Guards future

headquarters.

contaminated soils removed from site (soils contaminated with

ash generated from the burning of coal)

procedures and that the proper safety equipment was being used

at each job site pending on the job being done.
