Description:

Information Security Administration is responsible for doing Profile

administration of various security products used in USM (UNIX Security

Model) to manage their information securities based on policies and

security standards. All Activities performed based on the tickets and

completed within SLA (Service Level Agreement) meets. Reports are

generated, reviewed and sent to Clients on every month.

Applications/Products:

BOKS : User ID and FID control / maintenance (Creation, Deletion,

Modification) and

Establishing access routes, public key authentication at the BOKS

PPAK : Responsible for operation and maintenance of the powerbroker.

SEOS : This is a security tool which is implemented to secure data even

from root access.

Roles and Responsibilities:

. We handle more than 400+ servers and we support the various clients

across the Europe, London and Warsaw regions on different flavors on

AIX, Solaris, and HP-UNIX

. My main role in this profile is to check / test whether the packages

are installed and are working fine on the new servers, & already

existing servers [BOKS, PPAK and SEOS].

. Post installations checks on the newly built servers which are coming

into our domain are checked and any upgrade needed is suggested to

the SA from our end.

. Installing and upgrading eTrust / SeOS and perform required post

installation check.

. Security authorizations - Entitlement review and User Inactivity

. Knowledge in troubleshooting SeOS and PPAK related issue and denials.

. Case structure reviewing and performing the activities as per the

client's requirement

. Configured Powerbroker and SeOS monitoring tool.

. Knowledge in user, host, user class, access route, log administration

in Boks.

. Knowledge in configuring authenticator, inactivity timeout, monitoring

tool.

. Troubleshooting BOKS,SeOS,PPAK related issue and user creation In

AIX server

. 24x7 Supports on Production, Development, Uat (testing) and Cob

(backup server for production) Servers.
