SUMMARY
I graduated with a B.Sc in Food Science and Technology in 2004. I have been
involved in deploying SAP application software to effectively map
business processes for proper planning, monitoring and analysis with the
goal of solving business challenges, thereby raising the organisation's
bottom-line

Responsibilities:
Responsible for PP & QM project delivery, integration management and
managing relationship with key decision makers in current and prospective
clients of Serve Consulting. These clients include leading local
organizations and multinationals that need support or that are looking at
implementing SAP solutions.

1. Client: Nigeria LNG Nov 2012 - Present
Position: SAP MM/Data Management Consultant
Located on Bonny Island, South South Nigeria, NLNG is a JV company (owned
by NNPC, Shell, Total and Agip) set up to harness Nigeria's natural gas
resources and produce LNG for export. Today, NLNG produces close to 10% of
global LNG consumption.
Responsibilities:
. Prepare the Data Migration Strategy document and upload on SOLMAN
. Conduct data migration workshops with the data migration team with
focus on SAP MM, FI, CO and PS Master & Transactional data.
. Data extraction templates preparation and presentation to data agents.
. Data migration via LSMW.
2. Client: Josephdam Sugar Company July 2012 - Sept 2012
Position: SAP PP/QM Implementation Consultant
Located in Kwara State (South West Nigeria), Josephdam Sugar Company is a
subsidiary of Josepdam Group. It is involved in full scale sugar production
which includes: milling, refining and distribution of sugar and its by-
products (molases, ethanol, alcohol and electricity) on a commercial scale.
Responsibilities/Accomplishments:
. Conducted blueprinting sessions with process owners to document the
production of refined and bagged sugar.
. Configured a make-to-stock order related production type to
effectively map the sugar production process
. Configured in-process inspection to ensure to ensure high quality
standards during the production sugar
. MRP settings for periodic MRP run to ensure availability of materials

Position: SAP PP/QM Project Team Lead
Forte is a leading Petroleum Products Marketing and Manufacturing company
in Nigeria. The project at Forte Oil includes a comprehensive design of
business processes to ensure they are a fit between global best practices
and the current processes being run by the company. SAP solution was
implemented to support these design processes in Production Planning,
Quality Management, Financials, Materials Management, Sales & Distribution
and Human Resources modules.
Responsibilities/Accomplishments:
. PP/QM master data (Master Inspection characteristics, Sampling
procedure, Inspection Method, Inspection Plan, Bill of Material, Work
Centre, Master Recipe, Production Version) collation for lubricants,
cleansing and upload onto the SAP system.
. Conducted blueprint workshops with process owners to understand and
document the process of lubricants production, identify quality
requirements within procurement, production, storage and sales
processes
. Configured a Make-To-Stock order related production type
. Configured the QM module to effectively map the identified quality
requirements from bulk and packaged lubricants production.

Position: SAP PP/QM Consultant
Aluminum Rolling Mills (ARM) located in Otta, Ogun State, Nigeria was set
up in 1983, and ARM was a major step in backward integration for Tower
Aluminum.
Aluminum Rolling Mills ( ARM) is today one of the largest Rolling Mills in
West Africa with facilities for converting its basic raw material, aluminum
ingots, into high quality coils & discs. The present installed capacity is
12,000 tons / annum. Its product range include Plain Coils (used in roofing
sheets, pick up van bodies and), Stucco Coils, Circles/discs (used for
aluminum kitchenware) and special coils.
Responsibilities/Accomplishments:
. PP/QM Requirements gathering for Cast, Rolled and Trimmed Coils
production
. Coils production process documentation and users training.
. Configured a make-to-order as well as make -to-stock production types
. Migrated PP & QM master data (BOM, Work Center, Routing, MICs,
sampling Procedure, Inspection method, Inspection Plan) via LSMW
. After Go-Live Support and quality certificate profile set up.
. Reconciliation of physical stock count with SAP inventory

New Billet Caster is a member of Tower group. It is a state of the art
plant that manufactures Aluminium Billets which is a raw material for
Aluminium Extrusion manufacturing plants that produces aluminium profiles.

Position: Quality Inspector
Established in 1984 and was quoted on the Nigeria Stock Exchange, Union
Dicon Salt Plc was one of the largest producers of iodized salt in Nigeria.
It had two ultra-modern factories, one in Lagos and the other in Port
Harcourt with a total installed production capacity of 700,000 Metric tons
per year.
In order to maintain quality standards, a state-of-the-art Quality Control
Laboratory is responsible for conducting quality checks on the produced
salt.
Responsibilities/Accomplishment:
. Collected salt samples from berthing vessels for quick analysis.
. Monitored factory and production lines to ensure compliance with pre-
determined quality standards.
. Performed chemical and microbial analysis on salt samples.
