Electrical Representative, Electrical Facilities Engineer for a 1 million sqft, $200M, Manufacturing Plant Construction
Project in Memphis, Tenn. Responsibilities include acting as a liaison between owner, architect and contractors doing
plan reviews and inspections of the electrical installation of the large manufacturing plant to assure electrical
installation conforms with plans, specs, codes, etc. Additionally, managed installations of supplemental electrical/data
projects within plant which included soliciting bids, approving and managing contractors; assured 24/7 operations of
complete plant electrical system; help owners assure contractors maintain fast pace schedule by reviewing submittals,
change orders, invoices, etc. for accuracy. Attend weekly Owner, Architect, Contractor and MEP meetings to help
keep cohesiveness to project by monitoring progress and resolving any issues.

Project Manager, Business Developer/Consultant for a General Contracting Services
Company. Responsible for soliciting new business and direct oversight/coordination thru
completion of secured projects. Completed projects included a variety of construction/remodel
types including but not limited to: Renewable energy, solar, standby power systems, energy
efficiency, lead paint abatement, mold remediation, utility cost reductions, and rehab of low
income federally subsidized housing funded by state/federal grants. Other duties include project
budget management, estimating, the purchasing of quality, cost efficient services/products to
assure successful completion within budget.

CEO/Manager for over 22 years operated an Electrical
Contracting /General Construction-Consulting firm engaged in commercial, industrial, and
residential projects; new construction and remodel. Direct oversight with full responsibility for
business development with over 2200 successfully completed projects including but not limited
to: Industrial Manufacturing Plant Upgrades/ Retrofit; Wiring of Commercial office complexes;
Commercial and residential remodels; Retail store renovations in malls; Restaurants, new
construction and remodel; Churches/ Schools new construction and remodel; Medical offices;
Apartments; Custom Homes, Subdivision Homes, Condominiums. At times managed a fleet of 3
to 4 service trucks. Included is direct oversight of successful installations and service of
hundreds of auto standby generators on diverse commercial/residential facilities including but
not limited to genetics research facilities, police station, municipal offices, community centers,
etc.; strategized business development with various diverse business/government entities for
renewable energy projects including recent solar installations. Early in business development
