a preschool of450.

Monitored budgets in the excess of $2 million and ensured 40% profitability margins were met. Responsible for accounting, budgets
and administration. Key liaison in aligning corporate staff knowledge of the congregant needs. Instrumental in planning a $3 million
expansion that included a 6800sq ft. sky-lit atrium for events, an additional coffee shop, and 3000sq ft. food court/café.

Property management consisted of onsite manager of 400 units and the supervision of multi-sites consisting of 2500+ units.
