BM Management at Ashton Park Apartment Texas City, Texas 2001-2004

Property management consisted of onsite manager of 400 units and the supervision of multi-sites consisting of 2500+ units.

Supervised staff in a 95% lease-up of a newly acquired management contract while re-branding the image of property within the local
