access for department alarm system, Accounts receivable/payable for every department. Maintained
contracts on the office equipment. Answered phones, Issued parking passes, administered Tuition
reduction program, COBRA and unemployment for the University. Maintained Insurance for (4)
Health/Prescription Insurance accounts. Accidental death and retirement accounts for all 8 Vice-
Presidents. All insurance plans were paid by wire transfer – I helped coordinate that process.
Tracked budget for the insurance approx 80 million dollar budget. Helped with data base detailing
doctors and certification, MBM data base upkeep for 4 doctors, maintained curriculum vitaes,
planned and make arrangements for 2 major conferences a year. Maintained syllabi & performance
evaluations-professional and teaching, maintained all financial records/personal records for
approximately 30 full time faculty members & approx 20 auxiliary faculty. I maintained the monthly
management reports for each department, Retention, Promotion and Tenure reports, auxiliary faculty
appointments, recruiting travel, paper work for hiring faculty- ads, requisitions, moving expenses.
Telephone equipment orders, Arranged university services for office moves.
