EXPERIENCE
COMMUNICATION
Proven ability to communicate effectively in diverse environments -efficiently directed freight truck deliveries to the
unit warehouse via FedEx, UPS, etc. My communication skills were proficient in requesting quotes and ordering
military equipment as well as working with shipping companies for scheduled pick-ups. Working in a fast pace, being a
Unit Supply Specialist has allowed me to communicate well with others in trying circumstances as well as developing
my skills in WindowsVista,Microsoft Office and iOS.
ORGANIZATION
Maintained property accountability,Documenting, and Record Keeping as the Property Book supervisor for the unit. As the office
supervisor I controlled the property book and maintained proper filing of paperwork for the five separate companies in the Regiment.
The property value for the 5 companies was valued at more than $500 million. As a Unit Supply Specialist I was
accountable for more than 600 soldier s distributed equipment and supplies at the Organizational Clothing and
Individual Equipment warehouse. All the issued clothing and equipment in the warehouse was valued at over $3.5 million.
SUPERVISION
Provided leadership, instruction and supervision of 15 personnel at Water Works Car Wash & Detail Center -as a
result increase of efficiency improved as well as output of cars increased by 10 cars per day. Supervised proper
accountability and reviewed adequate maintenance of records. Assured that workers were maintaining proper work
ethic and discipline in daily operations. Supervised various bulk distributions of specialized equipment for over 100
soldiers.
DETERMINATION
Determination instilled from the beginning of military service, Marine Corps boot camp, allowed for steady
progression of determination as well as motivation throughout time in the military. Positivism and a high energy work
atmosphere have been influential in developing self-sufficient traits such as decision making, professionalism,
promptness, reliability and self-motivation.
