poles. I worked out of the bucket truck to assemble structures.
I operated the digger trucks to dig holes for the power poles.

As a Lineman, I maintained power lines, was responsible for
setting new power poles and connecting power lines. I operated
heavy equipment such as: backhoes, digger trucks, bulldozers,
cranes, bucket trucks and tractor trailers to transport
equipment to the worksite. I operated the bulldozer to clear
land and create driving lanes for the trucks and other
equipment. I utilized the backhoe to cover ditches and holes.

As a Welder/Maintenance Mechanic, I was responsible for welding
and fabricating materials. I was a certified pipe welder. I
would trouble shoot, repair equipment and also perform
preventive maintenance at multiple plants. While at this job I
maintained equipment such as: conveyor systems, screw
conveyors, belt conveyors, chain conveyors, bucket elevators,
pneumatic pumps, compressors and cylinders. I performed tasks
such as: rebuild pumps and feed transfer pumps, hydraulic pumps
and pneumatic pumps. I was a heavy equipment operator and would
operate cranes to set up the heavy equipment and the forklift to
set up assembly lines and the new equipment being installed. I
also, welded and built safety guards and platforms to go around
the equipment and assembly lines that I had to set up.
