Project Manager - Business Analyst
I was hired as an IT manager to be in charge of the IT department and
manage and supervise the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of
the running and new projects in the educational field, more
specifically in the testing and assessment of schools students and
work licensing of health undergraduate students. I got promoted to a
Project Manager after demonstrating a good track record of 1 year in
leading the running Projects Management lifecycle (PMLS) in all
aspects. The PMLS includes many streams, ranging from Marketing and
buy in, Education, SDLC and implementation and training.
. Prepare suppliers' business plans for external available products
on the market
. Convert client business needs and Request For Proposals (RFPs) to
technical specifications documents, task breakdowns, project
costing, budget set up and final official proposal
. Set up project plans and milestones of designated functional teams
. Lead the project kickoff meeting held at customers' premises
. Prepare for and lead presentations and demos at customers'
premises
. Assist in gathering detailed business requirements from the RFP
document and official agreements
. Manage the project to keep it within the scope, budget and time
limit
. Monitor the project's schedule and deliverables while maintaining
sponsor satisfaction and expectations

assurance processes (product, items and data entry)
. Responsible for finalizing and closing projects or service
deliveries with needed documentations such as project delivery
reports, manuals, training documents, training sessions, and
recommendation reports for new phases
. Monitor the budget throughout the project's life cycle and closure
. Responsible for issuing invoices, ensuring down payments before
projects' start up, sending out reminders for payments, generating
reports of client accounts and maintenance agreements follow up
. Meet with the sponsor's different teams (Education, Marketing,
Training and IT) for Blue print agreement and explore customer's
business rules and processes
. Follow the quality assurance and manage final testing cases prior
to delivery
. Follow up implementation of customers' requirements in the
software application and educational items
. Analyse educational software product needs through client
requirements and prepare both Business Requirements Document (BRD)
and Systems Requirement Specification (SRS) documents
. Attend meetings with the supplier for product's explore phase
. Attend and participate in product integration sessions with other
suppliers

the agreed RFP

I was in charge of the Handhelds (Barcode readers) and backend SDLC
of the newly Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) and production
launched projects including the collection and preparation of
customers' BRD and SRS documents, on site implementation and training
