COMPETENCIES
• Clinical: diagnosis process, treatment and follow up of patients: 6000 patients a
year from 1991 to 2006, records handled.
• Pharmaceutical: as a manager of a medical facility, I was in charge of the
pharmacy, ordering all kind of medications, contraceptive products, medical and
surgical materiel and supplies, making them available for patients, other
pharmacies and corporations.
• Management: I managed a team of 50 doctors, nurses, nurses’ aides, drivers,
supplies managers, etc.; I had 6000 patients (family practice) a year for 15 years;
my budget in 2006 was $ 700.000.
• Advocacy: for different situations, I have that gift to make it easy going for
everybody involved in. So, I was in charge of some social cases, of easing
decisions making etc.
• Sales: As a pharmacy manager, I had to determine the products to order
(regarding the needs), the amounts; I had to determine the resale prices, organize

with the supply manager the products room, keep eye on the pharmacy accounts
(finances and products stock) to make sure everything is running IN BUSINESS.
• Reporting: A monthly report was made on all my activities to the management. A
monthly meeting was held before the report writing.
• Public Health Education: infectious diseases, Sexual Transmitted Diseases,
HIV/AIDS, alcoholism and smoking, aging diseases.
SOCIAL ACTIVITIES
Volunteer of Sussex county Red Cross Chapter in Northern New Jersey (since November
2010),
Member and Chairman of some associations (like Lion’s Club, Scouts,YMCA of Senegal,
YMCA of Ridgewood New Jersey) from 1995 to 2006.
