I presently have an A.S.S. in business administration with a back round in medical billing and
coding. I am in the process of acquiring my B.S. in Business Administration. I will be finished in
July of 2013 my present GPA is 3.69 and I can produce a list of classes I have presently taken
with finial grades upon request. During these classes I have learned excel spread sheets, power
point presentations and access. I am a very organized person and work well with others. I also
can work independently and multitask. I like the fast pace and staying busy. I like to fix things
and make sure everything is being done according to standards.

Responsibilities:
I help new personal get accustom to the plant and their area. I start of adjusting them to their new
job and find out what they did from their past jobs. Then see if it can be used in their present
position. I do four assessments then certify them in what ever position they are at. I attend
meetings, keep up to date on any changes and then relay this information to my shift in the
meeting before we start. We also work closely with maintenance when we have problems on
machines and when they have things to relay to the operators. I am also on the Grant team which
is such a privilege. Since I have been in this position I have seen the trainers take on many
different roles. We are mentors, planers, and trainers of not only our zones but of everything else
that they my need to be answered. We do all the safety training and any other training that needs
to be done.

Reason for leaving Layoffs and school.
Responsibilities:
Check parts every two hours. If any problems a just machine or change tool then recheck part.
Relieve my loaders for breaks and lunch. Clean out machines at the end of shift. If there were
any problems contact the supervisor.
I also worked for several Home Healthcare companies which have all gone out of business. I
did this over a period of 7 years as a certified CNA. I have my certificate and a statement that
says there were no issues or marks against me. I also too two years off to take care of my mother-
in law until she passed.
