As an estate sales customer service sales person I wrote up customers receipts and helped them with prices, questions and

taking theirs items to a holding area. I helped ring up and take payment for purchases as needed. Also I moved furniture and

helped stage the house for the sale and keep the house neat and picked up for the sale.

Sears – Rolling Oaks Mall SATX

At Sears I was a cashier for all departments womens, mens, kids and tool/patio. As a cashier you are the customer service

person and I handled returns, exchanges, payments, layaway, selling Sears credit and on-line orders. I also helped keep the

departments clean and looking neat.

Cashier 09/1980 to 12/1990

KMart – Austin Hwy SATX

I started KMart as a cashier and then was asked by the office manager to work in the cash office because my register was

always even. In the cash office I picked up the money, checks, charges and misc. items for each register in the store and

balanced it into the cash office for the deposits. I gave out change as needed by the departments. I also in layaway during very

busy times and in the patio and hardware departments. I helped keep track of the dollar day sales items using the look up

number system and I did some merchandizing in the patio and hardware departments.

McDonalds – Ritterman Rd SATX

As a crew member I worked the front counter and drive through. I rang up the customers orders and took their money. I also help

clean the dining area.
