Served as a Staff Liaison between the residents of three Apartment Co-op buildings,
A rlington Estates, Essex Co-op and Highlandtown Plaza, which offered affordable rental
housing to low income seniors, and CSI Office’s. In addition, helped out as needed at other
complexes.
Time Group - The Charles and Blackstone Apartments – Februa ry 2006 to

Community Manager for the two high-r ise apartments, when they were sold, during the

M id-Atlantic Realty Management – Fordleigh Apartments, Ken Rogers, Park
Washington, and Park Plaza East and West. November 1994 to January 2003.
Property Manager for the five complexes and assisted where needed at various other
p roperties. In charge of hi ring staff, inventory, budget control and negotiating with
contractors and suppliers. Other duties included the collection of rent, lease renewals,
tenant relations and the daily operations of the communities.
