OBJECTIVE

I didn't grow up with much so I learned to work hard for what I want at a young age. I'm not the

type of person who applies for a job and quits within the first few weeks. I've been in the

resturaunt atmosphere so I've dealt with high pressure fast paced stress for the last 2 years.

Never one to get in trouble at the work place. I'm nice, friendly, and easy going but I just come

to do what I need to do to get the job done.

I was responsible for keeping the fried foods case stocked, making different sauces and salads

for the deli area, washing dishes and cleaning and closing down the kitchen.

I also came in every Tuesday and Friday morning at 6:30 to unload deli and Kitchen food and

supplies off the trucks organize them.

I started off washing dishes on opening and closing shifts.

I started in the Kitchen Prep making sure everything the cooks and servers needed was

stocked. Made sure everything was done clean and effective. I was responsible for keeping the

grill line and Server line steam tables stocked with hot food at temperature while making salads

and desserts. I have closed the for this position too.

The last 8 months I've been on the Grill Line opening and closing shifts. Making food as ordered

using the grill, fryer, and waffle iron. I made eggs, steak, hamburgers, and different kinds of fish

like Salmon, flounder and fried Cod.

I've also come in Tuesday and Friday night mornings to unload truck shipments here too. I've

unloaded boxes and stocked the freezer, walk in cooler and dry stock.
